Built by a Clinician,
for Better Patient Care
Hadeda Health was created by Duncan Miller, a physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience working across South Africa's healthcare system.
Having worked in both rural government hospitals and private rehabilitation settings, Duncan has experienced first-hand the daily frustrations clinicians face — duplicated admin, disconnected systems, endless reports, and too much time spent behind a screen instead of with patients.
Working closely within multidisciplinary teams, Duncan understands how important communication, continuity, and accurate record-keeping are in delivering good care. He has seen how poor systems can create gaps, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities in a patient's journey.
After completing his Master's in Global Public Health at Imperial College London in 2024 — with a focus on health systems, epidemiology, machine learning, and using data to improve healthcare delivery — he set out to build something better.
Hadeda Health is designed with patients at its heart. By making record-keeping clinically relevant and reducing duplication, the platform helps healthcare professionals spend less time on admin and more time delivering better care, with stronger communication and more cohesive continuity across the team.
